Breathing To Lose Man Boobs




Here is an amazing, easy, and free way to help lose man boobs. It’s a technique I would have never even thought of until I saw a news report about breathing and fat burning.

In order to burn man boob fat effectively, your body needs oxygen.  As you know, 100% of the oxygen in your body is from the air that you breathe.

When’s the last time you really breathed? Of course, you breathe all the time or you certainly wouldn’t be reading this! The thing is, most of the time in our hectic lives, our breathing tends to be very short and shallow. In order to get the most “bang for your buck” when it comes to breathing, you need to breathe long and deep.

This way, your body has enough oxygen to burn fat everywhere-including your chest. Giving your chest oxygen helps the cells in the chest breathe better. When your chest cells get plenty of oxygen, they tend to go into fat burning mode. Without enough oxygen in the chest area, all the diets and chest exercises in the world aren’t going to do a thing to help you lose man boobs!

Here’s how to breathe to get the most oxygen into your system:
1.    Stand or sit up straight-good posture helps your lungs take in oxygen
2.    Close your eyes, roll your shoulders, and take a few deep breaths
3.    Just R-E-L-A-X…
4.    Take in one giant deep breathe, hold it for ½ a second and then exhale completely
5.    Repeat #4 for a about 10 breathes
6.    You’re done!

I’m going to be honest and tell you that this trick alone isn’t going to magically make you lose man boobs. But this technique, combined with a few others, will make a huge difference in your battle to lose man boobs.
