Want To Lose Chest Fat? Avoid These 3 Foods!

Choosing the right foods can make a big difference for those that need to lose chest fat. Just as important is avoiding foods that go straight to your chest!

Here are 3 of the worst chest fat offenders:

1. White Bread -Not only is white bread acidic, which can tilt your hormones in the wrong direction, but it’s a very refined starch. Highly refined starches tend to get absorbed into the bloodstream quickly. This means that it’s much more likely get stored as chest fat.
2. Alcohol -Alcohol is one of the most acidic foods out there. Not only will the acid get you, but the alcohol itself can make your body’s hormones shift and ramp up chest fat storage.
3. High-Fat Dairy -Fatty dairy like ice cream and cheese tend to have a lot of saturated fat. Your body basically takes saturated fat and deposits it into your chest as fat. Oh, not to mention that ice cream is one of the most acidic foods known to man!

Although these 3 foods are going to get in the way of your effort to lose chest fat, you don’t need to completely rearrange you’re your life just to avoid them.

Having a beer and pizza now and again isn’t going to kill your efforts to lose chest fat, but the farther you stay away from these foods, the better!

Lose Chest Fat By Getting A Tan

If you want to lose chest fat, it’s critical that your hormones are well balanced. A swing of testosterone or estrogen one way or the other can make losing chest fat nearly impossible. Did you know that getting a little sunshine can help balance these hormones out?

If you’ve been reading the news at all lately, you’ve probably seen at least one story about Vitamin D. That’s because there has been a mountain of research showing that Vitamin D is important for our entire body. Worrisomely, very few of us get enough Vitamin D. Even though some foods have vitamin D, sunshine is still the best source. We don’t get enough vitamin D because we tend to spend hour after hour inside and don’t get outdoors nearly often enough.

What does not getting enough vitamin D have to do with losing chest fat? Well, even though we call Vitamin D a vitamin, it’s really a hormone. Considering the importance of hormones in chest fat accumulation, you’d better be getting some regular sunshine if you want to lose chest fat.

Now, you don’t have to spend your lunch break in a Speedo on the roof of your office building soaking up rays to get enough vitamin D. In fact, too much sun exposure during peak sunlight hours can be dangerous. All you really need is about 20-30 minutes of sunlight per day.

Not only will vitamin D go a long way helping you lose chest fat, but you will be doing your whole body a big favor!

How To Get Rid Of Man Boobs By Exercising Less

As you’ve probably heard in your quest to get rid of man boobs, cardiovascular exercise (aka cardio) is very important. What you’ve probably not heard is that all cardio for man boobs is not created equal. In fact, some types of exercise can actually make man boobs even worse!

It turns out that the best type of cardio is the kind that takes the shortest amount of time to complete. Although this is great news for those that avoid the gym like the plague, it’s not exactly a “free ride”.

The type of cardio I’m referring to is called interval training. In a nutshell, interval training is simply doing some sort of cardio (running, biking, rowing machine) for short “bursts” followed by longer periods of rest.

Here is a sample interval training routine (If you want to know how to get rid of man boobs, you should bookmark this page-it’s just that important!):

1. 5 minute warm-up
2. 30 seconds of a high intensity “burst” (like sprinting)
3. 1 minute of lighter work (like jogging)
4. 30 seconds of high intensity “burst”
5. 1 minute of lighter work

And so on and so on. You should have about 7-12 “bursts” per workout. Because this type of exercise is more intense than staring at the TV while peddling on a stationary bike, it’s important to check with a physician to make sure your body is ready for it.

However, if you are in moderately good shape, you can get started right away. At first, please make sure those bursts are not too intense. Do about 75% of your maximum. As you progress, you can gradually increase the intensity.

Even though this workout only lasts about 15-20 minutes, it’s much better at burning chest fat than jogging or light walking. That’s how it works so well at reducing man boobs.

Why You Shouldn’t Let Male Breasts Get You Down

Male breasts, oftentimes called man boobs, can be a very frustrating thing to have. I know, because I’ve been there. I remember how embarrassing it was to take my shirt off to go swimming. Heck, it even affected my sex life!

What I didn’t realize then (but wish I did), is that I shouldn’t have ever let make breasts get in the way of enjoying my life.  That’s because my male breasts didn’t define me. It’s really important to remember that you are more than just your male breasts. Let me repeat that for clarity’s sake: you are more than just your male breasts.

You have friends, family, a job, interests and hobbies. Take a second and think about how much you have in your life. With this mindset, male breasts seem insignificant when compared to all the great things you have going for you.

This is not to say you should become complacent and not do anything about your male breasts. But while you are working towards getting rid of them, it’s important to keep things in perspective.  Male breasts are a simple cosmetic problem that can be easily fixed with the right approach.

Keep your head up!

Don’t Treat Male Breasts Until You’ve Read This

Male breasts are an extremely common condition that can be overcome without a whole lot of effort. That’s the good news.

The bad news is that there are more and more plastic surgeons pushing their male breast “cure” onto honest people like you. Before you even consider surgery for male breasts, you need to read some shocking information I recently found.

After seeing all these surgeons advertising surgery for male breasts, I decided to take a trip to my local library to see what the medical journals were saying about this issue. Figuring that the medical field would be pushing surgery like usual, I was shocked to find just the opposite!

The research shows that the majority of people who get surgery for male breasts are not happy with the outcome. There were a variety of complaints from people in the study, but some of the most common were:
1.    Lack of efficacy (aka it didn’t work)
2.    Side effects (like infections and scarring)
3.    Expense (most insurances don’t cover this type of surgery and they can run to upwards of $8,000)
4.    Pain (most people needed hardcore painkillers just to function)

Surgery might be worth all the permanent health risks and the thousands of dollars if it worked, but this research clearly shows that it doesn’t.
